14. AI Music Generation Terms
RootTechnologies offers AI-generated music services using the Google Lyria API. By using this service, you agree to the following:
- Ownership: You retain full rights to the music generated using your valid credits.
- Commercial Use: Generated music can be used commercially, supported by Google's IP indemnification for qualifying claims.
- Transparency: Music may include inaudible digital watermarks (e.g. SynthID) indicating AI origin.
- No Guarantee of Uniqueness: Generated music may resemble existing works unintentionally. RootTechnologies is not liable except under Google's indemnity.
- Acceptable Use: You must not use prompts or outputs to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Abuse of the system may lead to restriction or termination.
These terms apply to all users of RootTechnologies's AI music generation features.
